Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We operate by appointment to ensure each client receives dedicated time and personalized care.
If availability allows, we are happy to accommodate same-day requests.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You may call our office at 303-484-8566 or request an appointment through our online booking portal. A
member of our team will confirm your appointment promptly.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. As a medical aesthetics practice, new patients are
required to complete a brief medical history and consent forms before treatment.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Out of respect for all scheduled guests, treatments conclude at their designated time. If you anticipate
arriving more than five minutes late, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you or assist
with rescheduling if necessary.
What is the cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and
no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our policy.
What happens during a new patient consultation visit?
Your consultation begins with a comprehensive review of your medical history and aesthetic goals.
Our experienced providers will then design a customized treatment plan tailored to enhance your

accompany you to your appointment.

Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase in person or through our secure online portal. An elegant

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Klarna, allowing you to enjoy your aesthetic treatments now while
paying over time with convenient installment options.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. Due to the elective aesthetic nature of our services, all treatments are
self-pay. Full payment is required at the time of service; however, we are pleased to offer financing
options through Klarna for added flexibility.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover,
and Klarna. All services and retail purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the service price. While never expected, it is always appreciated.
If you wish to leave gratuity, we accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or it may be added to your total at checkout.
